A new home warranty
When you buy with Bradley Homes, a Tarion seven-year new home warranty will be provided and paid for by Bradley to ensure you’re protected.
Lot levies and applicable taxes:
There should be no guess work involved when you buy a new home. That’s why we cap all lot levies – development charges, education, county levies, and grading, permit, and tree fees at $5,000 – as well as GST and HST included in the price. You’re buying a new home; you don’t want any unexpected surprises that will drive the cost up. (Applicable to purchaser’s primary residence)

Our extensive list of upgrades and additional features allow you to personalize your home. This process is inclusive of a complementary 4-hour design consultation with our Professional Designer.
